Shabby is seriously amazing at what she does! I’ve had my makeup done plenty of times, but one thing that really stands out about Shabby is how well her makeup lasts. I’m talking ALL night! And the crazy part is, as the night goes on, I actually feel like my makeup starts looking even better and fresher. Usually you’re worried about your makeup separating, getting oily, or needing touch-ups after a few hours, but with her makeup, that has never been an issue for me! And can we talk about her skin prep?! That’s honestly the WOW factor for me. She takes her time prepping your skin before even starting the makeup, and I really think that’s what makes such a difference. The way everything sits on your face, how smooth your skin looks, and how beautifully it wears throughout the night is just amazing. You can tell she really understands skin and knows what products work well together. I also love that she knows how to make you look glamorous without feeling like you have layers and layers of makeup on. Everything looks so well put together, and you still feel like yourself, just a much more glamorous version! Aside from her work, Shabby is such a sweetheart. She’s easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable, and the whole experience is always so pleasant. I genuinely enjoy getting my makeup done by her. If you have a wedding or event where you need your makeup to look just as good at the end of the night as it did when you first got ready, Shabby is definitely someone I would recommend.
