Here is a 100% honest review of our wedding coordinator Adeeba. We booked her about a year out from our wedding weekend and she was very friendly and cordial. She was responsive to our messages and our phone calls so communication upfront was pretty solid. From a price standpoint, she was one of the more affordable options. Asked for full payment instead of installments and we were confident in her, so went ahead and paid her in full shortly after we started speaking with her. This is where the positive review ends because the weekend of our wedding (lasted Thursday-Saturday) she was subpar, and that’s putting it lightly. We provided her a very detailed timeline of all the events, when guests would arrive, dinner times, performance times, etc. My wife spent hours making this very clear and easy to understand in a google doc which was shared well in advance of the wedding, I’m talking like over a week prior to the weekend. Anyways, come wedding weekend, she was CLUELESS. I mean like deer in the headlights clueless. We confirmed everything with her, ran all the timings too and still just so confused. We had limited times to takes pictures with our family and guests so punctuality was key. We gave her the responsibility to have groups form a queue so we could be efficient with our photographer but she was absolutely useless. It came to a point where my wife and I had to appoint our own cousins to coordinate picture timings because she was utterly incapable of doing something she
