Muznab Weddings Decor

Muznab Weddings Decor was completely unprofessional and even though we paid our deposit we cancelled our contract with him out of fear he wouldn’t deliver on the services he agreed to. He (Nabeel) was entirely unresponsive to us after receiving our contract and initial payment and said he would show up to several calls that he missed. One time we were texting him 15 minutes after the call he agreed to join started and he said he was with another bride at a venue — no proactive or even on time communication from him. I even sent him a poll for his availability. He marked some times he could be there and then didn't show up. I also asked him if he could send us a picture of a staged table so we could confirm it looks right before the actual event. He kept sharing AI photos via email so we were insistent on a video call which he agreed to but then never followed through. When I called him out about it, he lashed out on me and said that expecting things beyond the contract including vendor meetings is not included. Even though he agreed to these things. This is part of the response he sent us: “ According to our signed contract we have never approved specific dates and times for your staging calls also ready the full signed contract before taking any actions because it will be very stressful for you at the moment to take care of Also you are allowed to tell anyone enuthing that you are requesting extra time and extra staging for FrEE from the vendor forcing them to attend tim
